Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
For Falls Senior Center Water System Upgrade, at CDBG Admin PO Box 366 Montrose, PA 18801. Work is described in general but is not limited to Requirement Description: Due to emerging state and federal regulations, the Exeter Township, Wyoming County, PA has a need to update the water system that serve both our active adult day center and the adjoining senior apartments. Based on the initial engineering site survey the following hardware and labor will be needed to make the improvements. Please note on-site inspection of the work area by prospective vendors will be accommodated. Scope of work: Minor wellhead upgrades and alteration to channel well water to the new 400 gallon reservoir tanks Piping alterations and additions from the wellhead to the new (4) baffle tanks and (2) holding reservoirs Installation of 4 qty 120-gallon baffle tanks 2 qty 400-gallon reservoirs 1 qty Esy Box, Max Twin System Piping, wiring, valves, etc. 2 qty water flow meters; 1 for the day center and 1 for the senior apartment complex 1 qty connect existing chlorination insertion system to the upgraded water system as/where required Labor of 2 personnel to implement actions listed above.
