As of June 14, 2023, funding has been approved. The Town of Orleans is in the process of advertising for a consultant to do a feasibility study. Further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. A firm timeline for construction has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for the summer of 2027. A detailed scope has not been released. There is currently no scope of work regarding what will be done in an expansion; that is something the feasibility study will determine.
