Site work and paving for a road / highway in North Pownal, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Pownal (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Mount Anthony Road Improvements. Final Contractor selection is anticipated at the next Selectboard Meeting. The Project includes the following Work: Town Highway improvements including a precast concrete rigid frame culvert and associated improvements on Mount Anthony Road. The Project has a contractual duration (final completion) of 90 days, excluding procurement of the precast structure. Estimated construction cost is $300,000 to $400,000. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Contractors are required to register with East Engineering in order to receive project Addendum - not registering with East Engineering may disqualify the bidder. Instructions to Bidders: For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
