Roaring Brook Township is soliciting proposals for the removal of unwanted household items and debris from approximately 820 residential home sites located within 23 square miles of the township. All homes must be served. A guaranteed price for curbside pickup and disposal for the complete 23 miles coverage area is necessary, regardless of the tonnage collected. All materials collected are to be disposed of at an appropriate landfill/scrap yard. White goods items, such as washers, dryers, water heaters, stoves, will be priced as separate items. Items containing Freon will be priced as separate items also. Building remodeling/construction piles will not be included. Pick up dates will be by mutual agreement preferably during one of the weeks of May. A firm collection schedule must be presented to the township 21 days after award of contract.
