Site work and paving for a road / highway in Roaring Bk Tp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Spencer Road 3550 LF x 20' Width -Work includes paving of the existing roadway with overlays consisting of 1 1/2" of Wearing Surface (694 Ton) on 1" of Wearing Scratch Course (463 Ton), Bituminous Tack Coat (15780 SY), Base Repair (2275 SY), No. 2a Shoulder Backup -1' Width (157 Ton). The preparation for the Tack Coat (power sweeping of existing roadway), Drive Adjustments, Pavement Notches/Transition Milling at intersections, and the Maintenance and Protection of Traffic shall be included in the cost of items. Proposals must be submitted upon the forms furnished with the bid package. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
