The End of Question Period is 5:00 pm, March 14, 2023. Scope of work summary: build out the 2nd floor shell space into a 11,832 SF finished office environment. Project consists of 11,832 square foot office upfit of existing recently renovated second floor of the Union Station in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The building is a former train station and on the National Register of Historic Places. The project address is noted below. M/WBE subcontracting goals of 10% MBE and 10% WBE apply.
