The project is expected to be awarded on May 12, 2023.** Furnishing all labor and materials for the Hiawatha Avenue Rehabilitation Project which will be assisted by the Ohio Public Works Commission; a construction project including the removal of asphalt pavement, installation of curb, drainage improvements, placing new asphalt pavement, application of pavement markings, and other related work. By submitting the bid, you are verifying the person submitting the bid is authorized to legally bind the company. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a bid bond in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code for the contract amount. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder shall submit a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. It is the intent and requirement of the Village that this project be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days of Notice to Proceed.
