Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

As of June 01 2023, project was awarded to T brennan Heavy equipment , awarded amount is $176 133.70. The Lackawanna County Board of Commissioners have placed bid materials on file for the above project. The project site is located at Bald Mountain Road (T-370) at Bridge over Unnamed Tributary to Gardner Creek in Ransom Township, PA. A bid bond, certified check, or cash in the amount of 10% of the bid amount is required to be submitted with each bid, payable to the Lackawanna County Treasurer, as a guaran-tee of the bidders willingness to execute the contract if awarded the same. All bids shall be sent to the Controllers Office by courier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) which could be tracked. Hand deliv-ered bids will be accepted. Bid Envelopes/Packets are to be sealed and plainly marked with the Project Name and Bid ID and contain all the specifi-cations and the 10% Bid Bond along with all other pertinent information. You must register in order to re-ceive relevant information for the Pre-Bid Meeting, and you must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting in order to be eligible to bid this project.
