UPDATE :This project anticipates the need for property acquisition and (re-development) of the acquired property as a City operations and maintance yard facility that will provide adequate vehicle and equipment parking, materials storage, service equipment, and related facilities for the Department of Public Works/Development Services. This project will proceed based on the recommendations of the needs analysis study to be developed by a previous project (Project # FA00003). As the exact property acquisition costs and redevelopment scope is not known presently, this project will need to be updated in a future capital improvement plan. Project is in City of Mill Creek capital budget fy 2025-2026 CIP ________________________________________________________________________ This project anticipates the need for property acquisition and (re-development) of the acquired property as a City operations and maintance yard facility that will provide adequate vehicle and equipment parking, materials storage, service equipment, and related facilities for the Department of Public Works/Development Services. As of February 19, 2025, this project is included in the City of Mill Creek's FY 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Further information regarding a design firm and timeline for construction has not yet been established. Funding for construction is allotted for FY 2029 and 2030. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
