For New Kitchen Facilities at Liberty Elementary School - GC The City through its Department of Parks, Buildings & Recreation Management is seeking bids for the renovation and improvement to an existing school commercial kitchen including new masonry wall openings to an exterior concrete pad for a new walk-in refrigeration box (by others); installation of an underground exterior grease interceptor, pump, sewer connections and associated site repairs. The construction project will include site-work, plumbing, electrical, and heating and ventilation. The City of Springfield, invites electronic bids from Prime Contractors electronically. Bidding procedures are per Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149 as amended and other applicable statutes. In addition to the work within the project site(s), the Contractor shall include all other work outside of the project site which may be noted or indicated on the Drawings or specified as required for the Contract.
