Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as Lewisburg Community Park Walking Path. The work for which proposals are invited consists of resurfacing of approximately 5,915 L.F. of walking path throughout the Village Community Park along with pavement repairs at locations to be determined by the Owner. The Owner will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Village. Proposals will only be accepted from bidders who have obtained the Contract Documents from the Village and are registered as a planholder. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the Proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The Owner intends and requires that project be completed no later than June 30, 2023. The Village of Lewisburg reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom in their consideration offered the lowest and best proposal.
