The Project consists of the implementation of Solar PV canopies at the Pacific Coast Campus (PCC) in Parking Lots 1 and 2, and Liberal Arts Campus (LAC) Child Development Center surface parking lot. The Project consists of the design and construction of ground mounted fixed-tilt carport structures with photovoltaic power generating panels with a minimum anticipated generating capacity of 2,040 kWh AC at PCC, and 155 kWh AC. The successful Proposer will also be required to maintain and operate the Project, and provide an energy output guarantee. The Project is subject to jurisdiction of the Division of State Architect ("DSA"). The selected Proposer pursuant to this RFQ/P will be required to refine and further develop the Project Documents to produce Design Documents for the Project; acceptable to the District and sufficient to obtain construction permits/approvals from DSA, SCE, City of Long Beach, and all other governmental or quasigovernmental agencies with permitting/approval jurisdiction over any portion of the Project. Payment Bond 100.00% , Performance Bond 100.00% The District has established a tentative schedule for the commencement and completion of various activities necessary to complete the successful Respondent's obligations under the Contract, as set forth below.
