**As of August 9,2023, bids were cancelled. No definite date for the rebid.** The Work consists of all work related to installing a cured-in-place NSF61 approved pressure pipe liner in an existing 6-inch cast iron water main along the Alley east of Cherry Avenue between 15th street and Pacific Coast Highway, Alley east of Sherman Place between 15th street and Pacific Coast Highway, and a new 6-inch ductile iron water main along 17th street between Cherry Avenue and Alley east of Sherman Place. The Work Site is located in the City of Long Beach, California. at the following address: Alley east of Cherry Avenue between 15th street and Pacific Coast Highway Alley east of Sherman Place between 15th street and Pacific Coast Highway 17th street between Cherry Avenue and Alley east of Sherman Place This project will be subject the 2023-1 prevailing wage rate, as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations for the State of California. Bidders shall possess the appropriate licenses at the time the bid is submitted. Bidder shall record on the bid, the number and termination dates of all necessary licenses. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make award to the lowest responsible bidder as it may best serve the interest of the Owner.The Owner, however, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received.
