The Upper Adams School District is accepting bids for blacktop base repair and sealing ct at Biglerville Elementaryroject 1270 Biglerville Rd., Biglerville, PA 17307. A. The work of this project includes, but is not limited to: a. Excavation. b. Site Grading, saw cutting and milling. c. Area designated by the owner and marked with white spray paint, will have surface material, base course, and stone base removed to reach firm support. d. Installation of 6" finished thickness of PA 2A stone base. e. Replace bituminous paving 4" finished thickness 25mm and 1 1/2 " finished thickness of 9.5mm wearing surface. f. Sealing joints and curb lines. g. Sealing of cracks and surface seal coat areas designated by the owner and marked with orange spray paint. B. Excavation, backfill and fill shall include the loosening, loading, transporting, placing and compacting of all materials required for the preparation of sub grades of pavement. The contractor is responsible for the proper off-site disposal of all debris, rubbish and other materials resulting from excavation operations.
