Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
widening the existing length of Mid-Valley Road from Pony Express Parkway to just west of Sheps Ridge Road. Construction will consist of widening approximately 2,400 feet of road and include the installation of storm drainpipe and construction of one detention basin. Traffic control should allow for continued traffic flow through this area during the construction phases of the project A bid or proposal must be accompanied by a bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check or a Bid bond issued by a surety Questions arising subsequent to the issuance of this bid should all be submitted in writing through the State of Utah's online procurement portal. Questions and answers will be consolidated and provided to all Firms on record of receiving this invitation to bid. All inquiries must be submitted by the close of business (5:00 PM MST) on 3/7/2023. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed.
