Site work and paving for a road / highway in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a 2,002,748-square-foot road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Construction work, in general, consists of the following: An Asphalt Polymer Surface Treatment (APST) System Seal Coat shall be placed on approximately 2,002,748 SF of Eagle Mountain residential roadways in 2023. Contractor is responsible for installation of APST System Seal Coat, notifications, and traffic control. Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required** 110% Performance Bond will be posted by the approved contractor ** 100% Payment Bond will be posted by the approved contractor. Question Submission Close Date 5/3/2023 5:00 PM MDT Questions arising subsequent to the issuance of this bid should all be submitted in writing through the State of Utah's online procurement portal. Questions and answers will be consolidated and provided to all Firms on record of receiving this invitation to bid. All inquiries must be submitted Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed. ded to this contract on an annual basis for up to an additional 4 years with a 3% annual adjustment to bid price. Additional applications added to the contract will be in a minimum of 1,000,000 SF increments.
