SCOPE OF SERVICES This project will consist of placing a 12 water main on the northwest side of Cedar Ranch Road. The project will start at the intersection of Cedar Pass Road and Valley Drive and run north to Corey Wride Memorial Hwy. T The city doesn't allow deflections in any of the water pipe so all necessary bends will need to be included to fit the water main along the northwest side of the road. The project will start at the intersection of Cedar Pass Road and Valley Drive and run north to Corey Wride Memorial Hwy. This project will consist of approximately 5,400 linear feet of 12" C900 pipe and all necessary joints, valves, bends, hydrants and connections. The city doesn't allow deflections in any of the water pipe so all necessary bends will need to be included to fit the water main along the northwest side of the road. Installation will need to be per City Standards. Bedding sand needs to be placed a minimum of 6" below, 6" on each side, and 1' above place pipe and need to meet city standards. Trench backfill needs to be 3' minimum to finished grade and will also need to meet city standards. It is important to allow for continued traffic flow through this area during the construction phases of the project. It is also necessary to limit the amount of time residents are disconnected from water services.
