Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Eagle Mountain City is requesting bids from responsible firms or individuals for the Eagle Mountain Intersection Improvement Project. This project will consist of four separate bid schedules each located separately from the others. Bid Schedules 1-3 include the installation of traffic signals at three separate locations. These signals are located at Majors Street and Eagle Mountain Blvd, Woodhaven and Pony Express Parkway and Stonebridge Drive and Ranches Parkway. All material for the total of three traffic signals are anticipated to be procured from UDOT. Bid Schedule 4 includes the lengthening of left turn lane from EB Pony Express Parkway to NB Ranches Parkway. It also include the reconfiguration of the left turn lane island for NB Ranches Parkway to WB Pony Express Parkway as well as the left turn lane island for SB Ranches Parkway to EB Pony Express. Installation and replacement of items listed in bid schedule must meet city standards and specifications.
