Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
This project will consist of widening the existing length of American Way Road on the north side of Walden Park. Construction will consist of widening approximately 420 feet of road and will include curb & gutter, sidewalk, road striping, street signage, lighting, and all necessary improvements required by the city A bid or proposal must be accompanied by a bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder’s maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check or a Bid bond issued by a surety. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The City further reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder whom it finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to be non-responsible. The City also reserves the right to waive all informalities Questions from Firms Due 5/23/2023 *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
