To acquire the services of fully qualified and licensed engineering firms to perform various design services. The services, when requested, will be for various projects. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from consultants to provide engineering and design services on an "as needed" basis. The services, when requested, will be for various projects. For state and local projects, a contract, included as a sample, with this solicitation shall be awarded. For federal projects, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), included as a sample, with this solicitation shall be awarded. No pre-proposal meeting is scheduled Questions or comments related to this solicitation shall be directed to the Contract Officer not later than 3:00 P.M. on March 28, 2023. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. It is the County's desire to award term contracts and/or MOAs to four (4) firms for providing such services, however the County reserves the sole right to award more or less than four (4) contracts and/or MOAs from this solicitation. Each contract and/or MOA shall have a duration of five (5) years which will include the first term of one (1) year and four (4) possible renewal terms. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
