Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project includes the rehabilitation of the existing walking paths throughout the park. Existing asphalt paths will be milled and overlayed, and existing stone paths will be converted to asphalt. Several small pedestrian bridges will also be replaced as part of this project. A new parking lot will be constructed adjacent to the Stone House. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, waiving any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in the bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Borough Bidders must conform to the Pennsylvania Prevailing wage Act since the estimated construction costs of the project exceed $100,000 and because the project has received state grants that require the payment of PA prevailing wage and issuance of certified payrolls. The bid must be accompanied by a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Wyomissing Borough. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Bid Security Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certification Statement, and Contractor's Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid.
