Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This work will consist of the replacement of about 5,443 SF of existing sidewalk and associated roof drain piping at specified residential locations throughout the Borough, as well as the addition of 10 ADA Ramps and associated crosswalk striping at the Wingert Road intersections with Valley Road and Deborah Drive. The bid must be accompanied by a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Borough of Wyomissing. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Certification Statement, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Contractors Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Borough. The Borough also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 7/19/2022 2:00 PM
