Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes Full Depth Reclamation of Lincoln Ct. and Squire Ct. (about 9880 SY). It also includes Cold In7place Recycling of Dorchester Dr. (4610 SY) and Wellington Blvd. (9285 SY) from Warwick Dr. to Devonshire Dr. Wellington Blvd. includes the addition of 735 LF of 107foot wide planted medians, including 30 trees. Work includes approximately 2,105 LF of new vertical curb and 100 LF of rolled curb. The project includes the reconstruction of 15 ADA ramps along the four (4) repaved streets. In addition, alternates for the Borough pool parking lot and Wyomissing Hills playground lots include additional pavement restoration. Bidders must conform to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act since the estimated construction costs of the project exceed $100,000. Bids will be publicly awarded on March 12, 2019 at 7:00 pm (local time) at the Wyomissing Borough Hall, 22 Reading Boulevard, Wyomissing, PA 19610 The bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Wyomissing Borough. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Non7Collusion Affidavit, Certification Statement, and Contractor's Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, waiving any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in the bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Borough.
