Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Viroqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility.
Contractor shall price the project in its entirety, dry sprinkler system project must meet Life Safety and NFPA codes. The project shall also include the following: • Provide materials for entirety of project. • Provide permits required for project. • Submit design/paperwork to State of Wisconsin for approval. • Provide freight, field install, labor, fabrication, and design of the system. • New hydraulic design information sign to be posted upon completion. • Design implementation to meet the current codes with adequate buffer for fluctuations in city water pressure. • Hydrostatic testing to be included if any new piping is installed. • The existing overhead sprinkler system will be returned to service at the end of each work day. The project to the existing dry sprinkler system will be performed by qualified. Vernon Manor has the sole discretion and reserves the right to cancel this proposal and to reject any and all proposals received prior to award, to waive any or all informalities and/ or irregularities, or to re-advertise with either an identical or revised specification. The method for this procurement is competitive sealed bid, pursuant to §66.0901, Wisconsin Statutes. Questions received after March 24, 2023 may not be answered.
