The existing insulation is to remain in place unless it is found to be wet or damaged. The gravel ballast will be removed and saved for the new roof system. 2. Contractor will remove and dispose of existing large satellite dish that is mounted to the exterior of the stairwell. 3. Install one additional layer of 1.5" 20 PSI Polyisocyanurate insulation with 4'x4' sumps around the drains. 4. New wood blocking is to be installed around the perimeter of each roof to accommodate the new insulation heights. 5. Install a 60 mil EPDM membrane loose-laid over the new insulation. 6. All the necessary flashings and accessories as required are to be included. 7. A 20-year total system manufacturer's warranty is required. 8. Supply and install new 24 ga. steel gravel-stop, surface mount counterflashing, scupper with leader-head and downspout in any color chosen by Eau Claire County, as required. The face length on any metal should not be more than 9" without a stiffening band or a second separate extender piece with keeper. 9. All insulation drawings should be sent to the owner for approval before ordering. 10. Please include a per square foot price for replacement of any existing insulation that may be wet or damaged. 11. Any penetrations not being utilized should be removed and patched. Please confirm all locations with Eau Claire County before removing. 12. The a/c units on the roof will be disconnected and reconnected by the owner. New walk-pad is to be installed underneath each existing pad. 13. The door will be removed by the owner. The roofer is to work with the county and flash the inside of the threshold before the existing or new door is reinstalled.
