Requests for Information/clarification of this RFQ/RFP must be in writing or via email and submitted to Kristofer Straus P.E. at Rath Building 14th Floor 95 Franklin Street, Buffalo NY 14202 or at Kristofer.Straus@erie.gov no later than date listed in Section C Proposal Time Frames RFP/RFQ Clarifications/Addendum Issued: April 12, 2023, close of business The Erie County Department of Public Works - Division of Buildings and Grounds (herein also referred to as The County) is seeking Qualification Statements for an Architectural & Engineering consultant to provide professional services related to the project described above. This project will be split into two (2) phases of construction with Phase 1 being the scope of work under this RFP/Q given the available budget for Phase 1 included within this RFP. While Phase 1 work is the main focus, a masterplan should be provided by the selected consultant from a conceptual planning standpoint to potential expansion to the sports playing fields at the campus. In general, the work will include, but is not limited to, construction of new playing fields at the Erie Community College (ECC) North Campus as summarized by Phase below Erie County Community College - North Campus Sports Playing Fields
