Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Longboat Key, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Longboat Key is currently seeking sealed bids from licensed General Contractors to install approximately 15,000 linear feet of water main and potable water services within the Country Club Shores subdivision and abandon the existing asbestos cement potable water mains in place. The awarded contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor.
