This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective bidders to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of Annual Backflow Prevention Device Testing, as further described in the RFQ Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The Town of Collingwood has seventy (70 devices) in twenty-seven (27) facilities and locations, that require annual testing and preventative maintenance, as required. A list of devices and locations is provided as Appendix F. The purpose of this bid project is to enter into an agreement with an experienced service provider for the provision of all required annual tests and required preventative maintenance needs for the Town's backflow prevention devices.
