The City of Sedro-Woolley is soliciting bids under the city's Small Works Roster utilizing MRSC Rosters and the Limited Public Works Process for the installation of 4' (foot) black vinyl coated chain link fencing at Memorial Park, Located at 703 Pacific Street, Sedro-Woolley WA 98284 There is approximately 321 LF of WSDOT, Type 4 fencing with top rail to be installed. Engineers estimate for this project is $9,000-$11,000 There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. Proposals shall include mobilization and demobilization, herbicide application, labor, equipment and materials, sales tax, freight, all licenses, permits, fees etc. not otherwise specifically mentioned to safely complete the job. Materials and Construction provided for this project will be per City of Sedro-Woolley Public Works Department Standards and the current edition of the Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction. State prevailing wage rates per Washington State Department of Labor and Industries are required. The City of Sedro-Woolley reserves the right, without any liability on our part, to accept a proposal of the bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid, to reject any or all bids, revise or cancel the work to be performed, or do the work otherwise, if the best interest of the City is served thereby.
