The work to be done under this contract consists of the following in Washington County: 1. Install, maintain, and remove temp traffic control, pedestrian control, and erosion control measures 2. Perform excavation, and removal of structures and obstructions 3. Modify existing stormwater pipes, inlets, and manholes 4. Construct roadway and trail improvements including aggregate base, ACP asphalt, curbs, sidewalks, and spur trails 5. Install bridge at Reedville Creek 6. Install project lighting and signage 7. Install and construct pedestrian crossing upgrades 8. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. The Project cost range is $1,500,000 - $3,500,000 A bid bond on the Countys Bid Guaranty form, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, certified check, or cashiers check, of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Bids may be rejected by the County for non-compliance with prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and for good cause, upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The County reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities.
