Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a parking garage in Rome, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; and for asbestos abatement for a parking garage.
As of June 12, 2023, project was awrded to Bronze Contracting LLC for $1,025,925. Anticipated start date would be July 1st and would end around Sept. Shall be directed by the Engineer in charge (hereinafter as Engineer in charge, E. I.C or Engineer), and said Engineer shall either be the City Engineer, or an Engineer, Architect or Construction Manager hired by City, whichever the case may be. All items of work in this contract shall be governed by the New York State Department of Transportation specifications unless explicit instructions are included in these contract documents for any item of work. The Contractor shall obtain all work permits necessary to do work herein contained. The project includes asbestos abatement, demolition of the existing parking structure, and site restoration activities. Project Location: 121 North James Street, Rome, NY 13440
