Partial sets may be purchased by individual contractors at their own cost and shall not be refunded. Any checks not returned to the contractor by this date will be turned over to the Owner for deposit into the general operating fund. All questions requiring additional information or clarification shall be submitted to the Architect by Friday, April 14, 2023.
