Smiley Avenue, Shelby, OH 44875 All in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Garmann/Miller & Associates, Inc., Minster, OH/Columbus OH/Indianapolis, IN. A Lump Sum Bid for the project will be received. Coordination between the General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, and Electrical Contractor is required to determine preferred method. The project bids shall include costs for each disciplines scope of work for selected method. The general construction scope of work includes selective demolition to either the exterior wall or roof assembly. Mechanical and Electrical scope of work shall be field verified. Infill the existing wall or roof assembly as indicated in the documents to regain a water tight assembly. There are also selective rooms indicated in the documents that require removal and reinstallation of acoustical ceiling tiles. Selective demolition and replacement of existing HVAC systems and controls. Demolition includes the removal of all existing air handling units (AHUs) located in the mechanical mezzanine adjacent to the auditorium and at other locations as noted on drawings. New work includes replacing AHUs, adding a packaged chiller system, split system air-cooled heat pumps and associated indoor units, and new controls. Provide associated ductwork, air devices, piping, and controls as indicated on drawings. Selective demolition of existing HVAC equipment and full demolition of the existing fire alarm system.
