ERICKSON-HALL CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN SELECTED AS THE LEASE/LEASEBACK CONTRACTOR FOR THE HAMILTON MIDDLE SCHOOL MODULAR CLASSROOM RELOCATION AND ELECTRICAL SERVICE UPGRADES. This project includes the relocation of (4) 24x40modular classroom buildings and (1) 12x40 restroom building to an alternate location on campus, the installation of electrical upgrades including equipment purchased by the owner (3924-02-Purchased Equipment-03.30.2023.pdf) to replace the existing metered services on campus. Scope includes site and building demolition, concrete reinforcing, DFH, drywall, painting, signage, modular classroom relocation, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, fire alarm, earthwork, asphalt paving, pavement markings, site concrete, fences/gates, and site utilities. Job-walk (non-mandatory): Tuesday, April 11 2023 @ 9:00 AM. Prequalification deadline: Thursday, April 13 2023. RFI Deadline: Friday, April 14 2023 send RFIs to pjasko@ericksonhall.com. This project requires prequalification for utilizing C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 licenses. Prequalification application available through http://www.qualitybidders.com. This project has Skilled and Trained requirements. This project has Prevailing Wage requirements. This project has OCIP requirements (3924-06-OCIP Manual-03.30.2023.pdf).
