The Long Beach Utilities Department (LBU) is requesting bids to provide landscaping services for nineteen (19) various locations within the City of Long Beach. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services and special skills required to perform the landscape service as set forth in this Specification and in keeping with the highest standards of quality and performance, as well as safe work practices and traffic controls. The Long Beach Utilities Department (LBU) is requesting bids to provide landscaping services for nineteen (19) various locations within the City of Long Beach. LBU reserves the right to request services at various LBU Locations and/or LBU facilities that may require landscaping services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services and special skills required to perform the landscape service as set forth in this Specification and in keeping with the highest standards of quality and performance, as well as safe work practices and traffic controls. Landscape services shall include, but is not limited to, mowing, edging, blowing, trimming of shrub, weed control, and irrigation system maintenance and management.
