Renovation of a water / sewer project in Long Beach, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Project Limit: West Toledo Pump Station to East Toledo Pump Station within Naples Island Scope: Rehabilitate three stormwater pump stations with mechanical, electrical and maintenance access improvements. The work shall be done in accordance with the Plans and Specifications on file and open for inspection at Public Works. The work is estimated to cost between $4,500,000 and $6,750,000 and shall be completed in 90 working days. The prime contractor shall possess a valid California Class A contractors license. Prebid questions regarding the Plans and Specifications shall be submitted via email only to: Mr. Cody Duncan at cduncan@dpw.lacounty.gov. Prebid questions will not be accepted after 5 p.m. on Monday, May 1, 2023 Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 5-25-2023. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
