Per the owner, as of December 6, 2024, this project was bid twice and they received only one bid each time, from the same contractor with the same price. The owner states that they have cancelled this project and have no plans to bid the project again. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ LBUD intents to engage the services of a professional engineering consultant firm to provide construction management and inspection services for the Water Main Lining Pilot Project. The Consultant shall provide construction management, inspection, engineering support services, coordination with LBUD staff and affected agencies, and represent LBUD for the duration of the Project. The LBUD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The LBUD will select the Consultant, which appears most likely to provide the services under the conditions that would be in the best interest of the LBUD.
