Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

AS of August 1, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Project includes the following Work: Question Deadline 05/04/2023 at 4:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted Electronically. Project generally includes, but is not limited to: Excavation for, and construction of, below grade cast-in-place concrete walls and tanks Construction of yard piping and manholes Construction of a pre-engineered metal building Construction of building lighting, heating, and ventilation Installation of Control panels and SCADA system Installation of owner procured Trojan UV 3000 Plus System Construction of a new utility water system Painting/coating of structural steel members and concrete walls and tanks. Paving and restoration Erosion and sediment control measures Final grading, seeding and lawn restoration Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via PennBID in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable.
