Renovation of an educational facility in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University of Iowa reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, accept any part of a proposal, to withhold the award, and to make no award as is deemed to be in the best interests of the University The successful Supplier must be licensed to do business in the State of Iowa and comply with provisions of Chapter 490 of the Iowa Code. The intended term of any award contract that results from this bid, shall be for a period of one (1) year. Thereafter, the Agreement may be extended four (4) additional one-year periods each based upon written mutual agreement. Any price changes will be mutually agreed to in writing with each extension option exercised. Supplier shall provide the University with 130 Custom Laminate and Stainless Players lockers for football. As part of a renovation, Supplier shall install these at Hansen Football Performance Center. Dimensions for each locker will be 35x40x96'. The University does not have a preference for the locker specifications, besides the ones listed below, and Supplier shall propose lockers that meets and exceeds expectations. The locker install window shall start approximately 5/20/24 and shall be completed by 6/14/24. Question Deadline 04/10/2023 at 3:00 PM CT
