Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly endorsed on the outside for 2023 Road Program and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to Ridley Park Borough. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid package, particularly to the Pa Prevailing Wage Rates, Public Works Employment Verification, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities in the bidding as is in the best interest of the Borough
