Site work for a civil project in Macungie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project includes but not limited to the following: Regrading approximately 185 LF of swale, renovation of six (6) existing rip-rap aprons, restoring approximately 0.28 acres of mowed lawn within two existing swales to naturalized groundcover areas with seed and herbaceous plantings, spreading topsoil in basin bottom low-lying areas, and restoring an approximately 2.1 acre previously mown basin bottom area with native seed mix. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Lower Macungie Township, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid price in the form of a certified or bank check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements stated in the bid documents. Performance Bonds will be required from the successful bidder in the full amount of the annual contract price as started in the bid documents Lower Macungie Township reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids.
