Town of Lusk 3rd Street Concrete Improvement Project includes the following work - Concrete improvements along North Diamon to 3rd Street and 3rd Street to Main Street Diamond 5 Blocks. These improvements involve the removal and replacement of residential driveways, sidewalks, valley pans, curb and gutter and fillets around street intersections. Additionally, any other existing concrete features and landscaping improvements will be made throughout the project limits as shown in the contract drawings. Estimated construction cost is $500,000-$600,000. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 1, 2023 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
