Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winchester, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.

The project scope includes the construction of approximately 1,842 linear feet of roadway connecting Market Street to Professional Avenue including curb and gutter, storm sewer, 506 linear feet of double 6x3 box culvert, the relocation of approximately 1,800 linear feet of 12” waterline, the relocation of approximately 556 linear feet of sanitary sewer line and existing detention modifications. All inquiries and questions prior to the bid opening shall be directed to Brian Ward, Palmer Engineering Company, 400 Shoppers Drive, Winchester, Kentucky 40392, telephone number (859)744-1218. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Bidders are cautioned that personal communication with City of Winchester Commission Members regarding the bid prior to bid opening may result in rejection of the bid. OWNER and ENGINEER, in making copies of Bidding Documents available on the above terms, do so only for the purpose of obtaining Bids for the Work and do not confer a license or grant for any other use. The City of Winchester reserves the right to reject any/all bids or waive any informality in the bid.
