ESTIMATE: $770,000 to $800,000 Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Invitation for Bids (IFB). The work to be performed for this project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the NE 131st Way/90th Ave. NE Nonmotorized Improvements project. The City of Kirkland requires that no person shall, on the grounds of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, marital status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity. The City of Kirkland further assures that every effort will be made to ensure non-discrimination in all of its programs and activities, whether those programs are federally funded or not. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bidders shall submit questions no later than 11:59 P.M. on April 19, 2023.
