The City of Kirkland Public Works Department is seeking a qualified consultant to update the City's Comprehensive Water System Plan (WSP). The purpose of the City's WSP is to identify and schedule water systems improvements to correct existing system deficiencies and to ensure a safe and reliable water supply for current and future residential and commercial customers. The consultant's scope of work will include:Consolidation of the various chapters and components of the plan as prepared by the consultant and staff An executive summary and introduction Updates to the individual chapters to include System Description, Land Use and Population, Water Demands, Policies and Design Criteria, Water Source and Quality, Water System Analysis, Operations and Maintenance, Water System Improvements, and Financial Analysis. The City of Kirkland reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications, and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This RFQ does not.
