Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Burns, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The gymnasium is currently served by two heating and ventilating air handling units located in a mechanical mezzanine and are ducted into the gym. The project consists of installing new DX refrigerant coils into the existing air handling units. The coils will be piped to new outdoor condensing units mounted on the ground on the north side of the gym. The contractor shall be responsible for all refrigerant piping, pipe insulation, refrigerant specialties, and factory startup/testing of the new DX system. The condensing units shall be installed on new structural concrete pads.
