Site work for a water / sewer project in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Contractor shall furnish and install approximately 986 linear feet of 8-inch diameter ASTM 3034 PVC gravity sewer main and six sewer manholes. The sewer shall be installed within the existing City of Vancouver right-of-way, including all laterals, manholes, and all appurtenances and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Contractor shall restore the existing pavement where trenching takes place as specified herein. It's estimated that the Contractor will have about 25 Working Days to complete the work after receiving Notice to Proceed. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award The City of Vancouver is committed to providing equal opportunities to State of Washington certified Minority, Disadvantaged and Women's Business Enterprises in contracting activities.
