Renovation of an educational facility in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Additional PPEA proposals are requested for major renovations and additions to Brookville High School. The County (i) has received an unsolicited proposal under the PPEA, (ii) intends to evaluate the proposal, (iii) may negotiate an interim or comprehensive agreement with the proposer based on the proposal, and (iv) will accept for simultaneous consideration any competing proposals that comply with the procedures adopted by the Commonwealth and the provisions of the PPEA. A general contractor has been awarded, as part of a previous formal bid process. Construction is underway.
