The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide monitoring, pumping, cleaning and disposal of materials pumped from the waste water holding tank(s). Materials in the tank will include water and latex traffic paint residue. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From 6/13/23 through one year with 4 optional one year renewals. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure the bid and all required attachments are properly completed, readable and uploaded to eVA by the date and time deadline stated on the electronic solicitation posting. Bidders should allow sufficient time to account for any technical difficulties they may encounter during online submission or uploading of documents. In the event of technical difficulties, suppliers should contact eVA Customer Care at 1-866-289-7367 or via email at eVACustomerCare@DGS.Virginia.gov. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, supervision and labor to clean out the above ground tote tank and transport the materials removed to the Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW), or other approved disposal site. The above ground tote tank is located at VDOT, Lynchburg District Complex, 4219 Campbell Avenue, Lynchburg, Virginia 24501.
