Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This project is to construct a statue on a granite foundation to memorialize Mayor Thornhill. The granite foundation will be constructed on a mounded area surrounded by a brick retaining wall with a max height of three feet. The mounded area will be landscaped with low maintenance vegetation and illuminated as outlined in the design drawings.
